I also changed the properties so that it can "Run in 640 x 480 Screen Resolution." Not only that, but I tried EVERY single entry there one at a time, from Windows 95 all the way down the list to Windows 8. Turned off Date Execution Prevention for Vice City. Downloaded the Draw.DLL file and copied it to my VC directory, same one as the VC exe file is located. (Didn't work, I am still getting the unhandled exception error) To enable Directx 8.1 and get rid of the Unhandled Exception c0000005, I into Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features Utility > Turn Windows Features On or Off > Legacy Windows Components and checked Legacy Components and Direct Play. Uninstalled and reinstalled from original discs OG version, NOT Steam version. They work fine, but I cannot get Vice City to load and I have tried every fix I know how to do and ones I dug out on the Internet. I even modded them with the G-Input's awesome Xbox/PS controller schemes. I installed GTA III and San Andreas without a hitch. Okay this is driving me insane! I have a brand new gaming laptop.
